The Light in Me Honors the Light in You
I have been teaching since 2010 and have been practicing since 2000. I have received my Yoga Teaching and Ayurvedic Consultant certificate from Mas Vidal's Dancing Shiva and Ayurveda in Los Angeles, CA. I have a daily practice of Ashtanga Yoga (although I do not teach that style) as well as follow an Ayurvedic Lifestyle.
